Firstly, a little bit about me. I live in Jo’burg but was born and schooled in KZN, so I support the Sharks (for my sins). I’m married and have 2 kids, both of whom have flown the nest. This has left me all the time to focus my business and my wife.
I’m the founder of Absolute HR and for over 25 years, have been in the Human Resources profession. This has allowed me to build up a vast amount of experience in HR and operations as a Director and HR Manager in small and larger companies, including PSU International and Murray and Roberts.
I am a member of the SABPP and I’ve been an HR consultant since 2008.
I’ve worked with many SME’s on the development and implementation of various HR systems and programmes. The objective is to achieve compliancy and to improve employee performance, as well as to effectively handle their employee problems and misconduct, as and when they occur. My aim: resolve the problems as early as possible.
In addition to consulting work, I’ve written a few articles for magazines on employee performance which have appeared in publications including the Human Capital Review.
I utilize the services of other HR experts and Labour Lawyers and together we make up the Absolute HR Associate team.
This combined experience enables us to have an in depth understanding of the needs of our clients with regard to human resources and talent management.
We can provide expert advice in the field of labour relations and the implementation of HR systems. Helping businesses quickly overcome employee problems and improve the performance levels of their employees.
